A 8-Day Mediation
Retreat will be conducted at Nandaka Vihara from 21st May (Wed) to 28th May
(Wed).
Ven. Mangala is the
meditation teacher of 8-Day Retreat. Beginners will mainly practicing
Anapanasati.
The 8-Day Meditation
Retreat is now open for application. Priority shall be given to those who apply
for full 8 days retreat.
Due to constraint on
the available resources, do apply early to avoid disappointment.
